The area
The house photographs the way any house does. The land is the harder half — where the boundary runs, how the block sits against the ridge at Razorback, what the shed and the second driveway actually add up to. None of it is visible from the front veranda, and none of it survives a phone photo taken from the gate.
Fair enough if a photographer prices the shire like a day trip — from most of Sydney, it is one. This studio has photographed listings across Picton, Tahmoor and The Oaks for years, and the drive is already part of the job. The photos come back the next business day — the same as a listing around the corner from the studio.
The work

A ground-level photo can't answer the acreage questions: how big, what shape, what's on it, what it backs onto. Aerial can. Both photographers fly, so the aerial set is part of the shoot — not a separate operator on a separate day.
The warm-windows shot for the top of the listing — the Wilton pool on this page is that frame, shot on site at dusk, lights on, the sky the place actually had. And when dusk doesn't fit the campaign, a day-to-dusk edit is made from any daytime exterior instead — no second drive down the Hume.

Picton and Wilton sit inside the regular service area. The villages further out — Colo Vale, past The Oaks — are usually fine with a small travel fee; the terms page has the details. Either way, every booking is confirmed before anyone drives out.
Not always — a village block in Picton tells its story from the ground. But when the land is the reason buyers are looking, the questions are aerial questions: how big, what shape, what it backs onto, where the boundary runs. Both photographers fly, so aerial is captured in the same visit as the photos.
Photos sized to the property — acreage runs 25 and up. Aerial for the block itself. A floor plan for the house, and a site plan when the sheds and paddocks are part of what's for sale.
