The area
Plenty of photographers will take a Penrith job. Fair enough — cameras travel. This is the one page of the site where nobody has to: the studio is in Emu Plains, Mile has been photographing the west since 2005, and the studio has photographed listings across Penrith since long before this website existed.
So when the listing is a brick three-bedder in Kingswood, a new build in Jordan Springs or a unit in St Marys, you're not booking someone in from across Sydney. You're booking the photographers whose own suburb is on the run sheet.

The set the whole campaign runs on — every room bright, straight and true to the home, with a measured floor plan when the listing needs one. A Penrith address is the shortest drive on the board, and photos and floor plans come back the next business day.
A real twilight is shot on site at dusk — lights on, the sky the home actually had that evening. This is the corner of the map where booking one is simplest: dusk in Penrith is a local drive for us, not a logistics exercise. And when the campaign can't get us there at dusk, a day-to-dusk edit is made from any daytime exterior. No second visit.
Not everything out here is a new release. In an established street in Cranebrook or Kingswood, the aerial answers what the kerb photo can't — the yard behind the house, the size of the block, what it actually backs onto. Both photographers fly, so aerial is part of the kit that walks in, not a subcontracted extra.
No — it's the opposite of one. The studio is based in Emu Plains, inside the Penrith LGA, so Penrith and the suburbs around it are the base, not a trip. The travel fee in the terms exists for work further afield; the terms page has the details.
Penrith, Emu Plains, Glenmore Park, Jordan Springs, Cranebrook, Kingswood, Werrington, St Marys and Mount Druitt — and the wider service area runs across Western Sydney and Macarthur from there. If the listing sits outside those, ask; further afield is usually fine with a small travel fee.
Both photographers fly, and aerial is on the standard list — position, land size, what the block backs onto. If you're not sure the property warrants it, send the address with the booking and ask.
