iGUIDE · 3D tour + floor plan · Sydney
Buyers walk through it
before the inspection.
An iGUIDE is the 3D tour that lives inside the realestate.com.au listing itself. Buyers step from the photos into the rooms and the floor plan without leaving the page. We capture it in the same visit as the photography — on an average home it adds about fifteen minutes on site.
- $198 with any SABO photography package
- $268 on its own
- Measured floor plan and site plan included
- Tour and plan back the next business day
- No subscription, no hosting fees
Not every listing needs one. A re-let going up on Tuesday doesn’t — photograph it, list it, move on. An iGUIDE earns its place where the layout is the story.
First, the honest part
Not every listing
needs one.
If a two-bedroom unit is going up on Tuesday to be leased by Saturday, photograph it, list it and move on — and we’ll tell you so before you spend the money.
An iGUIDE earns its place where the layout is the story. The split-level nobody can picture from the photos. The house with the granny flat out the back. The home a buyer from interstate can’t get to on Saturday. The duplex where every enquiry starts with “how do the rooms connect?” On those, a buyer sitting on their couch can walk it room to room, check the plan, measure a wall, and turn up to the inspection already knowing the place.
What an iGUIDE is
The 3D tour that’s
part of the listing.
iGUIDE is made by Planitar, a company REA Group holds a controlling interest in, and REA has built it into realestate.com.au. In REA’s words it is the only 3D tour experience fully integrated into a listing: buyers move from the photos into the rooms and the interactive floor plan without being sent off to a separate tour site.
Built into realestate.com.au
Part of the listing, not bolted on. You add the branded iGUIDE tour link and the tour displays inside the listing, next to the photos.
One capture, everything
3D walkthrough, interactive floor plan, measured 2D floor plan, site plan and room dimensions — all from one pass of the PLANIX camera. No second supplier, no second appointment.
Pay per property
No subscription, no hosting fee, no lock-in. The tour and the plan are yours to use on Domain, your own site, socials and the brochure.
REA Group holds a controlling interest in Planitar Inc., the maker of iGUIDE. SABO media is an independent iGUIDE operator and is not owned by, operated by or affiliated with REA Group or realestate.com.au. Display inside a listing depends on the listing being set up with the branded iGUIDE tour link.

How it works
Same visit.
One more camera.
Book it with the shoot
Send us the address and the date. If the listing has already been photographed, we'll come out for the iGUIDE on its own.
We capture it in the same visit
The PLANIX camera scans each room — LiDAR for the measurements, 360° imagery for the walkthrough. On an average home it adds about fifteen minutes to a standard shoot.
Back the next business day
iGUIDE's drafting team draws the measured floor plan from the scan, and the tour and the plan come back the next business day. You get the branded tour link for realestate.com.au, an unbranded link for anywhere else, and the floor plan as an image.
Walk through one of ours
15 Danvers Rd,
Spring Farm.
A real SABO capture, on a real Macarthur listing. Move between rooms, follow the floor plan, measure a wall — and do it on your phone, because that’s how most buyers will.

What one capture produces
More than
a walkthrough.
Immersive walkthrough
Every room in 360°, in the order a buyer would walk it — and on realestate.com.au they walk it from the listing itself, not from a link that sends them somewhere else.
Interactive floor plan
The plan buyers navigate by: tap a room, land in it. It's what keeps someone oriented in a house they've never stood in.
Measured 2D floor plan
Drawn from the LiDAR scan by iGUIDE's drafting team and delivered as an image for the listing and the brochure. No separate floor-plan order, no second visit.
Site plan
The block, the footprint and where the house sits on it, so a buyer reads the land as well as the rooms.
Room sizes and a measuring tool
Every room labelled with its dimensions, and a tool inside the tour so a buyer can check whether the fridge fits the alcove before they ring you about it.
Branding, hosting, analytics
A branded link with your details and an unbranded one for wherever that's required. Hosted by iGUIDE with no ongoing fee, and a view count you can put in front of the vendor.
Pricing
Two prices.
No surprises.
Book the iGUIDE with a SABO photography package, or on its own if the listing has already been shot. Same tour, same floor plan, same drafting team either way.

Who’s capturing it
Father and son.
Same standard.

I’ve photographed real estate across Sydney’s south-west since 2005. Adding an iGUIDE doesn’t change who turns up, how the photos are shot, or how long you wait for them. It’s the same visit with one more piece of kit in the car.
Mile Sabljak — founder, SABO media
SABO is a father-and-son studio — Mile behind the lens since 2005, his son Isaac shooting alongside him for just over five years now. Whoever turns up, the standard doesn’t move.
SABO media is a Trusted iGUIDE Operator, capturing with Planitar’s PLANIX camera system.Good to know.
What exactly is an iGUIDE?
A 3D virtual tour and floor-plan system made by Planitar. The property is scanned with the PLANIX camera, which records LiDAR measurements and 360° imagery in one pass. From that single scan you get an immersive walkthrough, an interactive floor plan buyers navigate by, a measured 2D floor plan, a site plan and room dimensions.
Is iGUIDE owned by realestate.com.au?
REA Group holds a controlling interest in Planitar, the company behind iGUIDE, and has built the tour into the realestate.com.au listing experience. SABO media is independent — we're not owned by or affiliated with REA Group. We capture the tour; REA displays it.
How does the tour get onto my listing?
When it's ready you receive a branded iGUIDE tour link. Add it to the listing on realestate.com.au and the tour displays inside the listing — buyers move from the photos into the rooms and the floor plan without leaving the page. If you're not sure where it goes, send us the listing and we'll walk you through it.
Does it replace the floor plan I'd normally order?
Yes. The measured 2D floor plan is drawn from the same scan by iGUIDE's drafting team and delivered with the tour, so there's no separate floor-plan supplier and no second visit to measure up.
How accurate are the floor plans?
The measurements come from LiDAR, not a tape, and the plan is drawn from that data. They're a marketing guide for buyers, not a survey — for anything that has to be legally precise, a registered surveyor is still the answer.
Can buyers measure inside the tour?
Yes. The tour has a measuring tool, so a buyer can check whether the bed fits the second bedroom or the fridge fits the alcove without booking another inspection to find out.
Can I leave a room out?
Yes. Individual rooms can be hidden from the walkthrough — a tenant's bedroom, a garage full of the owner's things — while the floor plan stays complete.
Is my branding on it?
Yes. The branded tour link carries your name, photo and agency details. There's also an unbranded link with no agent details, for portals or situations that require one.
Can I use it outside realestate.com.au?
Yes. The tour is a hosted link and works anywhere a link does — Domain, your agency website, an email to a buyer, Instagram or Facebook — and the 2D floor plan goes in the brochure and the window card.
Does it work for rentals?
It does, and the price is the same. On a tenanted property it means one visit with the camera, and applicants can view the place from home instead of a stream of people walking through someone's lounge room.
How long does it take, and when do I get it?
About fifteen minutes on top of a standard shoot for an average home; larger properties take longer. The tour and the measured floor plan come back the next business day, and we send the links and the plan through as soon as they land.
Why is it cheaper with a photography package?
Because we're already there. The travel, the setup and the walk-through of the property are done for the photos, so the iGUIDE only adds the scan itself. On its own, the price has to cover the visit.
What about a big property?
Both prices cover a standard residential home. Acreage, a large multi-level, a duplex pair or anything unusual, we'll quote before you book — send the address and the price is known before anyone turns up.
Where do you cover?
Western Sydney and Macarthur are home — Penrith, St Marys, Liverpool, Fairfield, Camden, Campbelltown, Wollondilly and everything around them. Further out is usually fine; ask.
