The area
So much of the work out here is brand new. A display home that has to keep looking its best for months, not weeks. A house-and-land page that needs the façade shot before the front fence goes in. A finished build at Oran Park on a street the navigation hasn't learned yet. New builds photograph their own way — render-white walls that blow out under a midday sky, turf that went down on Tuesday, a streetscape that changes month to month — and the job is to shoot them for what they are: brand new, and ready.
And then there's the old Macarthur. A farmhouse kitchen in Elderslie with a brick feature wall. A weatherboard home with a pool. A heritage home behind its front gate. A Harrington Park pool at dusk. The corridor isn't all render and colorbond, and the photography can't be either.
Mile has photographed Sydney's south-west since 2005 — long enough to remember most of these streets as paddocks. If you list here, your week is often both at once: a turnkey four-bedder in a new release and a fifty-year-old weatherboard near the main street. Same camera, different problems. We know both.
The work
A display home isn't a listing — it's a shopfront that has to keep working for months. And a house-and-land page needs the same treatment across every design in the range: façade, floor plan, streetscape. Display homes at Gregory Hills and builders' house-and-land pages are a regular part of the diary here, on the same next-business-day turnaround as everything else. The order form asks what you're booking for and shows the builder catalogue itself.

On an estate block, the aerial isn't about land size — it's about position. The park over the back fence, the corner lot, where the house sits as the release fills in around it. Both photographers fly, so it's captured in the same visit, not booked as a second job.

It's part of the regular run. Camden, Narellan, Oran Park, Harrington Park, Gregory Hills, Campbelltown, Austral and Leppington are all part of the standard service area. Further out is usually fine with a small travel fee — the terms page has the details.
Put the lot number and the estate name on the booking. Every booking is confirmed before anyone heads out, so if the street needs directions, that conversation happens before the drive — not at the kerb.
Often — but not for the reason it's worth it on acreage. On a compact block the aerial's job is position: what's over the back fence, how the block sits in the release, the corner allotment a ground-level photo can't explain. And if there's nothing around the house worth showing yet, we'll say so before you pay for it.
