What services do you offer?
Photography, video, aerial and drone, dusk shoots and day-to-dusk edits, measured floor plans and site plans, and iGUIDE 3D tours. If a listing needs something outside that list — close-ups, product shots, a portrait for your profile — ask.
When will I get the photos?
Photos and floor plans come back next business day. Video takes longer to cut — allow up to three business days. You'll get an email the moment your set is ready, so use the right address when you book.
How do I book?
The online order form takes a couple of minutes: pick the services, pick a time. If you're not sure what the property needs, call — that's the faster conversation.
How many photos will I get?
It follows the property. Under 3 bedrooms — rentals, units, commercial space — usually runs 7–10 photos. A 3–4 bedroom home going to market, 11–15. Four-plus bedrooms with multiple living areas, 16–25. Acreage and builders' homes, 25 and up. If you're not sure which band the place sits in, call and describe it.
What does it cost?
There are four packages, from $368 to $598 inc GST — so you're paying for what the listing needs, not a flat rate. The pricing page lists what each one includes, and an iGUIDE 3D tour is $198 with any photography package. Every price on this site includes GST.
What's the difference between a twilight shoot and a day-to-dusk edit?
A twilight shoot is the real thing — on site at dusk, lights on, the sky the property actually had that evening. A day-to-dusk edit makes the dusk shot from a daytime exterior instead: no second visit, works from any daytime shoot, any day. If the campaign can get us there at dusk, book the real one. The edit is for when it can't.
Do you work with builders?
Yes — house-and-land and display homes are a steady part of the work. The order form asks whether you're booking a residential listing or a builder's home, then shows the right services for each. A display home runs the same campaign a house does, just for months instead of weeks.
How should the vendor get the home ready?
There's a prep guide on this site for exactly that — written to be forwarded to the vendor before the shoot. Send it the day you book; it does the asking for you.
Who actually turns up?
Mile or Isaac. SABO is a father-and-son studio — two photographers, not a roster — so the people on the About page are the people at the door. Every booking is confirmed before anyone heads out.
Do you only shoot real estate?
It's the specialty, not the boundary. Products, portraits, business premises, social content — get in touch with the idea.
Where do you travel?
Based in Emu Plains, covering Western Sydney and the Macarthur region — Penrith, St Marys, Liverpool, Camden, Campbelltown, Wollondilly and everywhere between. Further afield is usually fine with a small travel fee; the terms page has the details.
